Whether it’s raising money for Childrens Charities, touring Asia or the United Arab Emirates, appearing on Nationally Televised TV shows like 60Minutes or Spicks and SPECKS, doing a Radio Spot on TRIPLE Ms Pete & Myf Show or entertaining KISS front man PAUL STANLEY, this band has just about done it all in relation to being a tribute! HIGH VOLTAGE exploded onto the scene drawing immediate praise for its high level of authenticity sonically and visually. HIGH VOLTAGE is made up of some the Tribute Scenes most colorful performers from the most successful Tribute Bands in the country. A young, energetic Angus (Sean Walsh) who has years of experience as Angus Young. Chris “Axl” Wicks as the enigmatic Brian Johnson coupled with a rhythm section that would be the envy of most. Gone are the days where it is permissible to suggest that an AC/DC show doesn’t require bells and whistles and merely a stage, a couple of amplifiers and a minimalistic light show. This is modern polished AC/DC with all the energy of classic in their prime AC/DC..HIGH VOLTAGE has it all, from stacks of Marshalls, to huge light up logos. Authentic AC/DC guitars by Gibson, Gretsch, Fender and a huge light show to compliment it.

	MONSTERS OF ROCK 6 AFTERMATH , KISSMAS, 2009 and more . . . Well . . . . . each year we sit and gather our collective thoughts about the previous MONSTERS of ROCK and wander whether we should “go another year”. The event is always a success, but the amount of work which goes into it is just phenomenal and taxing to a degree. The decision process becomes a lot simpler in hindsight. Coming off the stage after all the hard work with an elevated sense of euphoria makes the decision a heck of a lot easier. Thus, we look forward to MOR7 in 2009 and presenting MONSTERS OF ROCK in the wonderful cities of HOBART,CANBERRA, NEWCASTLE and ALBURY in 2009. Being careful not to jump too far forward there are some formalities we will need to wrap up in relation to MONSTERS of ROCK 6. First and foremost, we would like to thank our major sponsor this year, the fabulous SEXYLAND. Thank you for all your support and input. A big thank you must also go to DREAMS Gentlemen’s Club for allowing us the use of their facilities and ladies at the OFFICIAL AFTERPARTY ! Also a big thank you too each of the bands who played their hearts out for a packed HIFI Bar. There was a mix of the old ,BAD MEDICINE (well the boys aren’t that old but they have done 5 HUGE MOR’s) and the new . . . . THE AUSTRALIAN QUEEN SHOW and BLOOD SUGAR SEX MAGIC. Look out for these 2 bands in 2009, they did an awesome job ! Then there were the savvy veterans from THUNDERSTRUCK, X HALEN and POISENED who have been to the big dance a few times before. Well done guys ! Looking forward, KISSTROYER will wind up the year with some Corporate Events (sorry these are closed doors folks) and join the mighty DYNISSTY onstage at Mr Pockets on December 13 for one ALMIGHTY KISSMAS PARTY ! ! ! Arguably the 2 most successful KISS Shows in the past 2 decades onstage together ?!?!?! This is one you don’t want to miss ! ! ! ! We will have some more News on the matter of a KISSTROYER and DYNISSTY marriage in coming weeks. Exciting ? F#CK YES ! Looking into the glass ball for 2009 what can we expect . . . . . . . ? Well there is some rest in the month of JANUARY, FEBRUARY will be a huge double bill with DEF REPPLICA (The southern hemispheres only DEF LEPPARD SHOW) at the ESSO BHP BILLITON ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE in SALE. March will bring the annual WEERAMA FESTIVAL with an earlier START time of 6pm. This is a huge OUTDOOR FAMILY EVENT and is ne not to miss . . .IT’S FREE and FANTASTIC ! ! There is also some exciting discussion going on about a POSSIBLE foray into JAPAN for KISSTROYER. We have been down this negotiating path before only to fall over at the last hurdle, so keep your fingers crossed for us. We look forward to rocking the land of the Rising Sun in 2009 !
